Starting something new can be a daunting step to take. After 6 years of having zero physical exercise I decided to start practicing yoga again like I have always wanted to. If you ever ask the question, how do I start exercising? Or how do I start doing something new? Or more importantly, how do I overcome the fear of starting something outside of my comfort zone?
