The talk will be based entirely on his own experiences working at IBM for over 20 years. The different pros, cons and challenges of managing a local department where almost the entire workforce is a younger generation than himself will be his main point of focus. Leofwin has broad experience as a business leader in an international environment. His passion is to build an organization with a focus on improved business performance and creating a professional environment. He enjoys mentoring and coaching professionals preparing them for current and future career opportunities and challenges. Leofwin is able to balance a good working environment with meeting strict financial and operational objectives.
