In this video I shoot Kodak Portra 800 literally for the first time and I totally love it as an 800 speed, 35mm street photography film and in particular for night time photography. Coming with the Portra moniker brings heaps of hype and let me tell you this film did not disappoint. It's sharp, it's grain is incredibly well controlled for an 800 speed, 35mm film and its skin tones are so beautiful. Its skin tones are truly second to none but then Portra 800 doesn't have much competition.
