| Video Discription | चुलीवर केलेली खान्देशी मसाला खिचडी साहित्य तांदूळ - 1 कप तूर डाळ -1/2 कप तेल मोहरी - 1/2 चमचा जिरं -1/2 चमचा कढीपत्ता कांदा - 3 लसूण शेंगदाणे - 1/4 कप हळद - 1/4 चमचा धने पावडर - 1चमचा घरगुती मसाला - 1 चमचा बटाटा - 1 पाणी मीठ कोथिंबीर __________________________________ कृती- तांदूळ 1 कप, तूर डाळ 1/2 कप स्वच्छ धुऊन घ्या व 20 मिनिट भिजण्यासाठी ठेवा. कढईमध्ये तेल टाका. तेल गरम झाल्यावर गरम तेलामध्ये 1/2 चमचा मोहरी, 1/2 चमचा जिरं, कढीपत्ता आणि 3 उभे चिरलेले कांदे टाका व कांदा परतून घ्या. कांदा परतल्यावर कढईमध्ये ठेचलेला लसूण टाका व लसणाचा कच्चेपणा जाईपर्यंत परतून घ्या. आता कढईमध्ये 1/4 कप शेंगदाणे टाका व एकत्र मिक्स करून घ्या. कढईमध्ये पाव चमचा हळद एक चमचा धने पावडर एक चमचा घरगुती मसाला टाका व मसाला परतून घ्या. मसाला परतल्यावर कढईमध्ये भिजायला ठेवलेली डाळ, तांदूळ आणि 1 बारिक चिरलेला बटाटा टाका व एकत्र मिक्स करून घ्या . आता कढईमध्ये 2 कप पाणी चवीनुसार मीठ आणि कोथिंबीर टाका व कढई झाकून 7 मिनिटे भात शिजवून घ्या .आपला खानदेशी भात खाण्यासाठी तयार. ___________________________________ Ingredients Rice-1 cup Toor dal -1/2 cup Oil Mustard-1/2 tsp Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp Curry leaves Onion-3 Garlic Peanuts- 1/4 cup Turmeric - 1/4 tsp coriander powder - 1 tsp Homemade masala - 1 tsp ________________________________ Recipe- Wash rice 1 cup, toor dal 1/2cup and keep it to soak for 20 minutes. Add oil to the pan. Once the oil is hot, add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, curry leaves and 3 chopped onions to the hot oil and fry the onion. When the onion is fried, add the crushed garlic to the pan and saute until the rawness of the garlic goes . Now add 1/4 cup of peanuts in the pan and mix together. Put 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, a spoonful of coriander powder, a spoonful of homemade masala in a pan and saute the masala. When the masala is cooked, add soaked dal, rice and 1 finely chopped potato to the pan and mix together. Now add 2 cups of water , salt and coriander to the pan and cover the pan and cook the rice for 7 minutes. Your Khandeshi rice is ready to eat. __________________________________ b4LFoz3gCqY |
