Soulful emotions echo ……..through Ghazals…….
Three popular Ghazals expressing subtle varying emotions presented with classical Aalaap and Sargam in the background, to accompanying Piano, Taus, Tabla and Santoor. The outpouring of love and longing in Jagjit Singh’s ‘'Honthon se Chhu lo tum' in raga Yaman Kalyan, regret and loneliness that comes through in Hariharan’s ‘Kaash aisa koi manzar hota’ in raga Malgunji, passionate memories from the past in Ustad Ghulam Ali’s ‘Chuke Chupke’‘ in raga Nayaki Kanada; the medley resonates with the intensity of feelings.
Retaining the soul and emotions of each individual Ghazal, team Nidhi Choudhary (semi classical vocals), Harlove Singh (classical vocals), Nagaari (Production), Ashwin Seshadri (Piano), Makheer Singh (Taus) and Ritvik Yaparpalvi (Tabla) present this evocative medley of evergreen Ghazals of the maestros.
