| Video Discription | 大家好 这一期和大家分享柠檬鸡 跟着步骤 您也可以煮得很漂亮 希望大家会喜欢 材料 ： 鸡胸肉 1 片 腌制 ：盐1/3茶匙 胡椒适量 料酒1/2汤匙 麻油适量 蛋黄粉 干粉 ： 木薯粉 2 汤匙 蛋黄粉1汤匙 柠檬汁： 柠檬皮丝 适量 柠檬汁 1 粒 糖 1 汤匙 蜜糖 1 汤匙 盐 1/4 茶匙 水 3 汤匙 蛋黄粉 1 茶匙 Ingredients (Diana Aw) 1. Chicken breast 1pc ~200g cut slices and pound it using back of knife. Marinate with 1/3tsp salt, little pepper, 1/2tbsp cooking wine, little sesame oil. Lastly add 1tsp custard powder and mix well 2. Tapioca flour 2tbsp 3. Custard powder 1tbsp Lemon sauce 1. Lemon skin cut julienne 2. Lemon juice 1 pc 3. Sugar 1tbsp 4. Honey 1tbsp 5. Salt 1/4tsp 6. Water 3tbsp 7. Custard powder 1tsp Method 1. Lightly coat with mixture of tapioca flour and custard powder 2. Deep fry the chicken for 2min under medium low heat. Drain and sieve any residue. Rise the temperature and then fry again for 1min under medium low heat. 3. Pour the lemon juice in a sauce pan and thicken it. Then pour onto the fried chicken. 4.
