| Video Discription | Anuloma Viloma ist eine yogische Atemübung (Pranayama), die auch als Wechselatmung bezeichnet wird. In der Rishikeshreihe ist sie die zweite Atemübung nach Kapalabhati (Schnellatmung, Feueratmung). Anuloma bedeutet „dem Weg folgen“, Viloma drückt aus, dass die Richtung gewechselt wird. Wirkungen von Anuloma Viloma körperlich: - steigert die Lungenkapazität - trainiert das Herz-Kreislauf-System - öffnet die Nasengänge - kann bei Allergien, Heuschnupfen und Asthma helfen - wirkt vorbeugend bei Erkältungskrankheiten - harmonisiert sämtliche Körpersysteme geistig: - fördert die Konzentrationsfähigkeit - schenkt innere Ruhe und Ausgeglichenheit - stabilisiert emotionale Ungleichgewichte energetisch: - öffnet alle 72.000 Nadis insbesondere Ida, Pingala und Sushumna - Prana kann besser fließen - harmonisiert Sonnen- und Mondenergie Anuloma Viloma – Anleitung: 1. Aufrechte Sitzhaltung einnehmen 2. Klappe Zeigefinger und Mittelfinger der rechten Hand zum Handballen ein, Ringfinger und kleiner Finger bleiben gestreckt. (Vishnu Mudra) 3. Verschließe mit dem Daumen das rechte Nasenloch kurz oberhalb des Nasenflügels und atme links 4 Sekunden lang ein. 4. Schließe mit dem Ringfinger das linke Nasenloch, halte die Luft 8 Sekunden lang an. 5. Öffne das rechte Nasenloch, atme 8 Sekunden lang aus. 6. Atme in das rechte Nasenloch wieder ein für 4 Sekunden 7. Nase verschließen 8 Sekunden anhalten 8. Daumen vom linken Nasenloch entfernen 8 Sekunden ausatmen. (Achtung! Bei der Videoansage, hab ich zu spät bemerkt, dass ich beim Wechsel der Atmung rechts und links verwechselt habe! Das Nasenloch, wo ausgeatmet wurde, wird auch eingeatmet!) Nimm dir nach jeder Atemübung ein paar Momente Zeit, um in Stille der Wirkung nachzuspüren und bleibe eine kurze Zeit lang ganz bei dir. Du kannst den Rhythmus auch gerne anpassen auf 4:10:8 oder auf 4:16:8 steigern. Das heißt 4 Sek. einatmen, 10/16 Sek. Luft anhalten, 8 Sek. ausatmen, jeweils im Wechsel auf der jeweiligen Nasenseite, während die andere Seite jeweils verschlossen ist. Deine Ausatmung sollte stets länger als deine Einatmung sein!
