These crunchy spicy paneer filled pockets once dipped in ketchup will leave you wanting for more..😛😋😍 SUBSCRIBE to Awesome Sauce for more such recipes ► https://goo.gl/YEdp6J Serves- 2-3 Ingredients- 5 bread slices For the filling- 1 cup onion, chopped 1 tsp ginger, finely chopped 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/3 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp green chillies, chopped 1 tbsp garlic, chopped and sautéed Water- as needed Salt- to taste 1 & ½ cup paneer, grated Refined oil- as needed Method- To make the filling- Heat refined oil in a pan. Sauté onions. Add ginger and sauté till onion turns golden brown. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, green chilli, sautéed garlic and salt. Sprinkle water and mix well. Add grated paneer. Mix till the masala coats well on the grated paneer. Keep the filling aside. To make the bread pockets- Take the bread slices. Cut off the crust. Using a rolling pin flatten the slices. Place the filling in the centre and fold the bread. Seal the edges firmly with the help of water. Deep fry in refined oil until golden in colour. Serve with tomato ketchup. Become our fan on Dekkho.
