| Video Discription | Dragon fruit is a very non famous but a very juicy fruit which is a good booster for your immune system as well. Different kinds of fruits desserts can be made out of this. This Dragon Fruit Custard Pudding is super tasty and creamy and is definitely going to be a show stopper for your upcoming parties. Recipe: 1. Take half cup custard in a bowl and add 2 tbsp milk and make a semi thin slurry. In a pan, add 1 litre full fat milk and whisk it. Keep the gas flame low. 2. Add 2 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp fresh cream. Now add the custard slurry one by one spoon to avoid any lumps. Whisk continuously until the custard has thicken up. Rest aside and let it cool down. In a mixer grinder, scoop half dragon fruit and make a fine puree. 3. In a pan add the puree with 1 tbsp sugar (don’t forget the custard also has sugar) and make a thick compote. Add a dash of lemon juice to keep the dragon fruit color intact. Let it cool down. 4. Our custard has rested and is quite thick and creamy so now lets plate it. In a glass, layer the custard one by one and refrigerate it for 1 hour. Top it up with a generous amount of fruit compote. Garnish with some scooped dragon fruit and some fresh mint leaves.
