| Video Discription | Stop making regular mash potato, this scottish dish - Rumbledethumps will be your new found love for mash potato โค๏ธ [ Rumbledethumps ] ---------------------- INGREDIENTS ---------------------- MAIN INGRIDIENTS ๐ณ 1 White Onion ๐ณ 4 Potatoes ๐ณ 6 Bacon Strips ๐ณ 1 head of Savoy Cabbage ๐ณ 2 handful of Shredded Cheddar Cheese ๐ณ 30g Scottish Butter ๐ณ Spring Onion ๐ณ Salt ---------------------- INSTRUCTIONS -------------------- 1. Boil potatoes, season with salt, then roughly mash. 2. Saute bacon until crisp, then set aside. 3. Saute onion and savoy cabbage with the bacon oil and Scottish butter. 4. Turn off the heat, and add mashed potato and bacon into pan. 5. Mix well 6. Transfer the mixture to a oven proof dishware, then evenly spread. 7. Sprinkle cheese on top of the mixture, then bake for 10 minutes at 200ยฐC or until cheese turns golden brown. 8.
