QuantiGene ViewRNA ISH Tissue Assay is a unique in situ hybridization assay that has the robustness and sensitivity to detect single RNA molecules in individual cells without the challenges of antibody-based protein assays or the traditional RNA expression quantitation assays. Two RNA targets can be visualized in the same tissue section. In this video we cover the 'tissue pretreatment' portion of the RNA in situ hybridization protocol -- protease incubation and pretreatment boiling time are critical steps in ensuring the best optimal conditions (tissue morphology and signal) for the specific sample type used.
