(16 pieces) raw plantain banana or saba 2 cups sugar (white or brown) 2 cups water 750 ml vegetable or coconut oil PROCEDURES: 1. We need fresh raw bananas. Put bananas in water, wash and peel. Make to wear plastic gloves to avoid banana resin stick to your hands. 2. Using a peeler or slicer, slice bananas into thin pieces. 3. Heat up the oil in the pan with medium to low heat. To check if the oil is hot and ready for frying, fry 1 slice of banana, and when it started to cook and make a bubble, start frying by batches. Fry for 2 minutes or until crisp. 4.
