White sesame should be added in last. Slice your banana into similar thickness. Combine with the batter. The oil should be very hot then lower it from high heat to medium heat when the banana is in. Fry on medium heat. Take them out earlier before completely golden brown. They are going to set and darken their color when they’re out of the heat so it is important to take them out slightly earlier.
