| Video Discription | http://www.chiropractor-irvine.com/ so you have headaches and you want to know what you can do at home to help alleviate the headache and some of the neck pain. a lot of times headaches are cervical genic meaning they're caused because of the neck. neck muscles are very small and they contribute heavily to tension and a lot of headaches so let's go over some of the stretching that has to do with your neck muscles one of the things that you can do on a daily basis and I find it necessary to associate exercises with activities I do so you may want to consider something you do throughout the day that you can associate this next stretching I'm about to show you with that activity so throughout the day every day and we can we days you end up doing the exercise that you want to do has to do with you turning your head if you don't mind gonna turn your head all the way make sure your head doesn't tilt back you want to make sure your head is nice and straight and you rotate your head as far as you can and then you bring your chin all the way down there and then you start rotating your head all the way until you get to the opposite shoulder and you bring it up once again you want to make sure that as you turn your head this way your head does not tilt that way or if you keep it nice and straight so you go through that rotation that I just described and then you come back as if your ear is now to touch your shoulder and you rotate your head back this way so once again let's do it all the way bring your chin down go through the whole rotation you bring it back go through the rotation there and then the next time you want to go counterclockwise this way and then you bring it all the way down this is a great exercise that helps you in many different ways one of which has to with your neck muscles and the associated headaches if you have any questions please don't hesitate to email me the Email Irvine Spine & Wellness Center also I encourage you to visit my office Facebook or vine Spina Wellness Center and join and like the page so that way you get more educational videos I hope this helps. thank you FgG9DQf-G3Q |
