Restliche Zutaten in eine Schüssel geben und cremig rühren. Die Zwiebel abziehen, hacken. Alle Zutaten in einer Schüssel vermengen. Aus der Mischung mit leicht angefeuchteten Händen 6 Frikadellen formen und auf das Blech geben. Im heißen Ofen bei 200 °C Ober-/Unterhitze 20-25 Min. backen. Ingredients for 2 persons: for the quark - 30 g fresh herbs (e.g. parsley, coriander, chives), 250 g quark, 2 tbsp sparkling mineral water, salt, pepper. For the meatballs - 1/2 onion, 250 g mix minced meat, 25 g breadcrumbs, 1 egg, salz, pepper Chop herbs. Put the remaining ingredients in a bowl and stir until creamy. Peel and chop the onion. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Using slightly moistened hands, form 6 meatballs from the mixture and place them on the tray.
