Transfer it into a grinder jar and grind it into a smooth puree. For Vegetable In a deep bottom pan, add butter once it's melted, add carrot and saute it well. Add a little water, salt to taste and mix it well. Cover it with the lid and cook until it becomes soft. Add cauliflower florets and let it cook for some time. For Gravy In a deep bottom pan, add butter once it's melted, add a pinch of asafoetida, degi red chilli powder and saute it well. Add prepared paste and mix it well. cover it with the lid and cook. Keep sauteing for 15-20 minutes on medium flame. Add a little water and mix it well. Add french beans, capsicum mix it well. Add cooked veggies and mix everything well. Add paneer and let it cook for 5-7 minutes on medium flame. Finish it with honey and mix it well. Transfer the prepared tadka into the gravy and mix it well. Serve hot with roti. For Tadka In a non-stick pan, add butter once it's melted, add ginger, green chilli, coriander leaves and saute it well. Add dry fenugreek leaves and mix it well.
