You all often comment about how much you like the Yin Yoga style practices & my Emotional Release Yoga video is one of the most popular videos on my channel, so I decided to make a combination of the two. If you want to know more about how yoga helps you to release emotions, check out my first Emotional Release video which I'll link down below. During this practice, we'll be holding poses a little longer, anywhere between 1 & 3 minutes. Make sure that as you move into the poses, that you don't go all the way up to your edge, leave room to move deeper into the posture as you hold it.
