| Video Discription | Ingredients: ½ cup plain yogurt ½ cup fried onions 7-8 cashew ¼ cup water 8-9 raisins 4 tbsp cooking oil 2 tbsp butter 10 cloves 8-10 pepper 2 cinnamon sticks 6 cardamom 2 bay leaves 1 tsp shah jeera 1 large onion 1 ½ tbsp garlic paste 2 tbsp ginger paste 1 tbsp coriander 1 tsp red chili 2 kg mutton 1 ¼ tsp salt 1 cup water ¼ tsp mace ¼ tsp nutmeg 4 prunes 1 cup hot milk ¾ tsp garam masala 1 tsp kewra water 2 tbsp fried onions Instructions: 1. Blend plain yogurt with fried onions, cashew, water and raisins and set the paste aside for later use 2. Add cooking oil in pan along with butter, cloves, pepper, cinnamon sticks, cardamom, bay leaves, shah jeera, and sliced onion 3. Saute until soft 4. Stir in garlic paste, ginger paste, coriander, red chili and mutton 5. Salt to taste 6. Cook for 35 minutes on low heat with lid on 7. Stir occasionally 8. Pour paste into the pot along with water 9. Add mace, nut meg, and prunes 10. Cook for another 25 minutes on low heat with lid on 11. Uncover and pour hot milk and add garam masala 12. Mix well and cook until soft on low heat 13. Garnish with kewra water and fried onions 14. Ready to enjoy!
