| Video Discription | Ingredients for marination Chicken - 400gm Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp Curd - 4 tbsp Black pepper - 1 tsp Sahi garam masala - 1 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Oil - 2 tbsp Ingredients for gravy : Onion paste - 3 tbsp Cashew & poppy seeds paste - 2 tbsp Ghee - 1 tbsp Bay leaves - 2 Whole red chilli - 2 Cardamom - 3 Cinnamon - 2 Mace / kabitati - 1/4 pc Clove - 3 Black pepper - 14 to 15 Rose water - 1tsp Meetha attar 1 drop Kewra water - 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Oil Methods : Marinat the chicken with ginger garlic paste, curd , sahi garam masala, black pepper Powder, oil & salt... Mix the all ingredients with the chicken properly... Cover the lid & put it in the refrigerator for 2 hour .. After 2 hour, take it out & leave it for 15 minutes .. Turn on the flame, heat a pan , add ghee & oil.. Once the oil is heated add bay leaves, whole dry red chilli, whole garam masala.. stir it for a few seconds.. Add marinated chicken, stir it gently for 2 minutes on medium flame.. After that reduce the flame on low & cover it for 10 minutes After 10 minutes , stir it .. add cashew & poppy seeds paste.. Mix it properly.. add salt & mix it again.. Cover it again for 15 minutes ( keep stiring in between ) After 15 minutes, turn of the flame.. Now add rose water , mittha attar, & kewra water.. mix it & cover it for 10 minutes .. Chicken rszala is ready to serve..
