| Video Discription | Savor the irresistible flavors of these tender juicy beef bites with a rich garlicky butter sauce, infused with great flavor of Worcestershire sauce. Taste the delicious flavor in every bite. So quick and easy to make. Dinner is ready in no time. Great for busy weeknights. Here is how to cook BEEF SALPICAO: Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb beef, cut into chunks 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp butter 1 head garlic, thinly sliced chopped green onions For the marinade: 2 tbsp soy sauce 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 3 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp brown sugar 1/4 tsp pepper Directions: 1. In small bowl combine the ingredients for the marinade. 2. Add the mixture to the beef chunks. Massage well the beef into the mixture until all meat are coated with sauce. Let it marinate for at least one hour or overnight. 3. Heat pan over medium heat. Add oil and garlic, stir fry until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside. 4. Add 2 tbsp butter, let it melt. 5. Turn to high heat. Add the marinated beef. Cook beef 1 min each side. Do not stir. Cook the beef by batch. Do not overcrowd the pan. 6. In the last batch, add the marinade. Cook the beef 1 min each side. Do not stir. 7. Turn off the heat. Add the garlic and chopped green onions. Stir until all meat is coated with sauce. 8.
