| Video Discription | Hi friends, today we are making an absolutely delicious Persian dish called Shirin Polo: sweet rice with chicken. There are several different sweet rice preparations in Iranian cuisine, with slightly different ingredients and going by other names. Shirin Polo uses orange peels as a flavor enhancement. This dish is easily modified to be vegetarian or vegan by skipping or substituting chicken. I loved preparing this one for you, hope you enjoy it, and see you soon!
