| Video Discription | Today Frankie, Joe and Vanessa are making one of Frankie's favorite meals; a delicious Crispy Sour Cream and Onion Chicken. This is an easy kid friendly chicken dinner recipe to make at home. Crispy Sour Cream and Onion Chicken Recipe: The prepping: 1. Thinly slice the chives. 2. Cut and pound your chicken. The marinate: 1. 1/2 cup of greek yogurt 2. 1/4 cup of chives 3. Pinch of salt and pepper 4. 1 Tablespoon of onion powder 5. Mix it all up in a bowl 6. Evenly cover the chicken in the marinate with your hands FYI: Do this in the morning or the night before. Let the chicken sit in this marinate for about 4-8 hours. The Bread Crumbs: 1. 2 cups of gluten free (or regular) panko bread crumbs 2. 1 tablespoon of onion powder 3. Pinch of salt and pepper 4. Mix it together in a bowl. Take your chicken and evenly cover it with the bread crumb mix The cooking: 1. Cover pan in quarter of sapphire oil or whatever oil you prefer. 2. Set the stove to 6 or a little over medium and wait for the oil to heat up. 3. Tilt your pan when placing the chicken in to avoid getting splashed. 4. Cook the chicken for about 3 minutes (or until done) on each side. 5. Garnish in the extra chives when finished. 6.
