Semolina ( Sooji / Suji ) - 200gm ( 1 bowl or 14 tbsp ) 2. Fresh Curd ( Dahi ) - 100gm ( 3/4 cup or 7 tbsp ) 3. Grated Carrot - 2 tbsp 4. Finely chopped Tomato - 2 tbsp 5. Finely Chopped Capsicum - 2 tbsp 6. Finely Chopped Onion - 1 ( medium ) or 2 tbsp 7. Chopped Green Chilli - 2 nos. ( or as required ) 8. Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp 9. Fresh Curry Leaves - 1 Stems 10. Grated Ginger - 2 inch or ( 1/2 tbsp ) 11. Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp 12. Asafoetida ( Hing / Hengu ) - 1 pinch 13. Kashmiri Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp ( instead of it take Black Pepper powder ) 14. Coriander Powder - 1 tsp 15. Salt to taste 16. Eno Fruit Salt ( Any flavour / Plain ) . ( Instead of it take 1/2 tsp Baking Powder + 1/4 tsp Baking Soda ) For Making Chutney : 1. Roasted Peanut ( Mungfali / China Badam ) - 2 tbsp 2.
