Boiled Rice ( Usuna Chaula ) - 3½ cups 2. White lentils ( Urad dal ) - 1/2 cup 3. Cooking soda - A pinch or 1/4 tsp 4. Carom seeds ( Ajwain ) - A pinch or 1/4 tsp 5.
