Try the Single arm or unco swim drill (passive arm by side) This swim video drill is designed to help you increase your distance per stroke, and improve your stroke efficiency. Stroke corrections and swim drills should be perfomed all year round. The single arm front crawl drill is performed with your passive arm by your side (Unco drill). This will enable you to focus on your technique on one arm at a time, whilst improving your rotation from your core and hips. Rotation with this drill is key, as your body moves through 270 degrees on each stroke. It also helps you to work on your catch and pull phases.
