Prawn x6 devein (marinate with little salt and pepper) 2. Curry leave x1 stalk (optional) Batter (mix together) 1. Egg white x1 2. Corn flour 4tsp 3. Plain flour 1tsp 4. Tapioca flour 5tsp 5. Baking soda 1/4tsp 6. Water 1-2tsp 7. Oil 30g Method 1. Heat wok with more oil to 140deg 2. Turn to medium low heat and coat the prawn with the batter. Dip into the oil and fry till golden brown 3. Add curry leaves just before prawn is ready 4. Place the prawn on the plate and sprinkle little salt and pepper 5. Serve and enjoy!
