People often ask me how I got those slim legs. 저도 실은 수많은 시행착오 끝에.. 만든 결과랍니다;(지금도 방심하면 금새..ㅋ) But actually, I’ve gone through lots of trials and errors to get here (It comes back as soon as I’m less careful) 저야말로 전형적인 하체비만형이거든요. I have that typical ‘lower body obesity’ shape. 일반적인 다여트와 운동법으론 요요현상에 반대로 하체 부종까지. Normal diet tips will only give me yo-yo and swelling on the legs. 실패를 마니 해봐서.. 오히려 하체다여트엔 도가 튼..ㅋ After experiencing all those failures, I became a lower-body diet expert lol. 가장 중요한건 자신이 하체비만이 맞는지부터 확인하셔야해요..! The most important thing is to check that you actually have larger lower body! 청바지가 안맞는다고 갑자기 굶거나 스쿼트만 하다간 If you start fasting or doing squats just because your jeans are feeling tighter, 더 비루해진(?) 상체와 + 거대해진 허벅지를 만날 수 있어요.. You might end up with smaller torso and enlarged thighs. (가장 끔찍한 결과져ㅜㅜ) (That’s the worst result) 상체에 비해 상대적으로 하체에 더 살이 잘 붙는 체형인지 잘 파악해보셔요. Make sure to check if your lower body gains weight easier than your upper body. 그리고 기존의 다이어트법으로 다리살 빼는데 효과를 못봤는지도요. And also check whether the normal diet tips doesn’t work on your legs. 그렇담 여러분들은 전신다이어트와 운동법을 잠시 내려놓시고 Ok, now forget about the whole-body exercise tips for now. 제가 영상에서 알려드리는 방법을 잘 파악해보셔요. And analyze the tips that I’m gonna give you in this video. 영상을 한번만보면 처음엔 헷갈리실수도 있어요. Watching this video might confuse you at first. 하지만 한두번만 더 보면 전체적인 맥락을 바로 파악하실거에요! But once you watch it couple more times, you’ll be able to see the big picture behind it! 전신비만 기준의 다이어트와 운동법의 반대라고 보시면 좀 더 쉬우실거에요^^ It will help your understanding to think of it as an opposite tip for shaping the whole body. 그럼, 지금부터 영상에서 알려드리는 식이요법, 꼭 기억해주시구요. Make sure you remember the diet that I’m gonna share in this video. 아래 3가지 운동 영상을 보시면 되는데요. And check out the 3 exercise videos below. 기존에 잘 맞는 운동법이 있으시다면 계속 유지하셔도 좋구요^^ If you already know what exercise works for you, you may keep doing that ^^ 없으시다면 아래 3개 중 자신에게 맞는 영상을 골라 하시면 된답니다! If you don’t have anything, pick something that works for you from the 3 exercises down below! 참고로 첫째영상은 운동경험이 없으신분들이 처음 식이요법과 함께 시작하심 좋구요, FYI, the first video is good for the beginners in conjunction with the meal plan. 몸이 유연하고 스트레칭에 자신있는 분들은 바로 두번째로 들어가심 될거같아요! And if you are flexible and confident with stretching, you can start from the second one! 세번째영상은 근력운동인데 The third one is muscle training. 근력운동 시작할땐 두번째영상과 병행하는게 더 좋더라구요~ It’s better to start muscle training in conjunction with the second video~ 단, 두영상을 매일, 하루에 다 하긴 쉽지 않더라구요. But it’s hard to do both in one day, every day. (일하느라 시간도 체력도..ㅋ) (Both time and energy wise after work…) 이럴땐 자신에게 잘 맞는 동작을 골라 20-30분 미만으로 끝내는것도 좋아요~ In that case, you might pick few moves that work for you and finish within 20~30 min. 어차피 조금씩이라도 매일하는게 중요하니까용^^!! The important part is to do it every day, even for a short while!! 전 진짜 짧게라도 매일해서 진짜 효과 마니보고있어요, 제 지인들도요^^ I do it every day for a short moment and it’s working really well for me and my friends too. 모두들 화이팅 하시구요!
