Transfer it to a grinder jar and make a smooth paste. Keep it aside for further use. For Marination In a bowl, add fish, salt to taste, turmeric powder, degi red chili powder, mustard oil and mix it well. Keep it aside for further use. For Frying In a kadai, add mustard oil, once it's hot, add marinated fish and fry for 3-4 minutes or until 70% cooked. Transfer it to a tray and keep it aside for further use. For Fish Curry In the same kadai, add fried fish oil, once it's hot, add black mustard seeds and let it splutter well. Add tomatoes, coriander leaves and saute for a minute. Add prepared paste and cook it for a while. Add degi red chili powder, turmeric and mix well. Add water, salt to taste, green chillies and let it simmer for a while. Add coriander leaves, tomatoes, fried fish and cook for 5-7 minutes on low flame. Transfer it to a serving dish and garnish it with coriander sprig.
