Whether you’re eating it with a big dinner or just a bed of rice, you’re in for a savory seafood treat. Now that I’m watching the video, you can and actually should compile the sauce instead of adding it to the clams piece by piece so that you get more even coverage of the sauce on the clams. So stir fry the clams, remove and then make the cause, and then add the clams in and then cover. It was fine the way I did it (I'm not going from a recipe, just by... like just doing it) but it would be better for you to cook it clams - sauce - clams.
